So in 2 days -> 2(1/5 + 1/10 + 1/15) part of work is done

Part remaining = 1 - 2(1/5 + 1/10 + 1/15)

= ( 1 - 2(6 + 3 + 2 /30))

= (15 - 11)/15

= 4/15

So C does it in -> 4/15* 1/15 (Rate * Time = Work => Time = Work/Rate)

= 4 days
