If 2 plane mirrors are placed parallel to each other and if you go stand in between them you see infinity amount of image because there is multiple reflection happening.A similar process happens with a kaleidoscope wherein 3 mirrors are placed at 60 degrees and when you put pieces of broken glass bangles inside you will notice different patterns.The formula for finding the number of images is 360/x-1(where X is equal to the angle in which the mirror is placed).
