6x^2+x-2  =  6x^2-3x+4x-2  = (3x+2)(2x-1)

therefore alpha=-2/3

                 beta=1/2

explanation:

alpha-beta =-2/3-1/2 =(-4-3)/6 =-7/6

alpha/beta+beta/alpha =(-2/3)/(1/2) = -2/3*2 =-4/3+3/-4 = (-16+9)/12 = 7/12

1/alpha+1/beta =3/-2+2 = (3-4)/-2 = 1/2

1/alpha -1/beta = 3--4/-2 = 3+4/-2 = 7/-2
