 { - 8}^{ - 3}  =  \frac{1}{  { - 8}^{3} }  \\  \frac{1}{ { - 8}^{3} }  \times x =  \frac{1}{64}  \\  \frac{1}{ { - 8}^{3} }  \times x =  \frac{1}{ {8}^{2} }  \\ x =  \frac{  { - 8}^{3} }{ {8}^{2} }   \\ x =  - 8 \\ so \:  - 8 \: should \: multiplied \: to \: get \:  \frac{1}{64}
