please help me to solve the following quadratic equation

 x  {}^{2}   -( 3\sqrt{2}  - 2i)x - 6 \sqrt{2i}   = 0
I found the solution ,but I am unable to understand ,please help me ...!

The value of 2i is -1. just put it in.
