here ..n = 16 and common difference would = 8/3

a = 1st term = 5
n = last term = 45
tn = a+ (n - 1)d
45 - 5 = ( n-1)d
sn = sum of all terms = 400
sn = n÷2[ 2a + (n-1)d]
400 = n÷2 [10 + 40]
400 = n\2 ×50
400\25 = n
n= 16
by putting the value of n
40 = 15d
d = 2.66
