1. There are two types of crops based on seasons, i.e. Rabi crops and kharif crops.
Rabi crops are grown in Winter season that includes Wheat, barley, mustard, etc. While kharif crops are grown in the season of summer or monsoon that includes rice, maize , jowar, bajra, etc.
2. Kharif crops are also known as summer/monsoon crops. The crops includes rice, maize, bajra, etc. They are cultivated from June to November.
3. Rabi Crops are winter crops, they are mostly wheat, mustard, barley, etc. They are cultivated from November to April.
4. Rice(paddy) is a crop which needs more water than any other, so its cultivated in summer/monsoon.
5. Seed drill is a machine which sows seeds in the field. It is used to evenly distribute the seeds.
6. Good quality seeds are the one which gives healthy plants.
7. Manure is made from natural things like cowdung, wet garbage, earthworms, etc. Manuring helps planta to grow faster and healthier as it is organic.
8. Fertilizers can be organic or inorganic, i.e. it can be natural or made with chemical substance. It is added to the soil to make the crops/plants grow better.
