28x-35y+7=0

a=28,b=(-35),c=7

3)93x=12-15y

93x+15y-12 =0

a-93,b-15,c-12

4)2x=-5y

2x+5y+0=0

a-2,b-5,c-0

5)x/3+y/4=7

x/3+y/4-7

a-1/3,b-1/4,c-(-7)

6)y=-3/2x

+3/2x+1y+0=0

a-3/2,b-1,c-0

7)3x+5y=12

3x+5y-12=0

a-3,b-5,c-(-12)
