The Answer in short:

No, We can't say that all physical changes are reversible though most of the physical changes are temporary and reversible. Let's know and understand to some examples.

Justification & Examples:

It is a process in which a system undergone a change can be returned to the original state or conditions. And Physical change means when only the physical properties are only changed.

Example 1: Tearing paper into pieces.

When we tear the paper into pieces, we are only changing its shape and size but not it's chemical composition, hence it is a physical process but the torn pieces can't be returned back into the original piece. Hence, it is irreversible process.

Example 2: Chopping wood

We generally chop wood into small pieces while making the furnitures, the wood will remain wood only. So, It is a physical process but chopped wood can't be turned to the large piece of wood again. Hence, it is irreversible process.

 \huge \tt \: answer

No, it is not correct to say that all physical are reversible.

Tearing a paper

When we tear paper into small pieces then it is a physical change. But when we try to reverse it . It doesn't stick again.

Broking an egg

When we broke an egg for making something then the process is physical change. But we cannot stick the broken egg into new one. That means the process is not reversible.
