Heya mate ! Here is your answer :-

In this figure there are two angles.

(x-9°) & (5x+3)

We can say that ,

x-9° + 5x+3 = 180° [ Linear pair ]

=> x+5x-9+3° = 180°

=> 6x-6 = 180°

=> 6x = 180°+6°

=> 6x = 186°

=> x = \frac{186}{6}

=> x = 31

Now as we have got the value of x .

We can solve the equations also !

x-9 = 31-9 = 22

5x+3 = (5×31)+3= 158

Hope it helps friend !

Step-by-step explanation:

The figure will be as shown, Given, angle AOC = (2x - 10°) and angle BOC = (3x + 20°) also, AOB is a straight

line.

The sum of two angles on a straight line

is 180°.

As, AOB is a straight line; => 2x - 10 + 3x + 20 = 180 => 5x = 180 - 10 => x = 170/5

=> angle AOC + angle BOC = 180°

=> (2x-10) + (3x+20) = 180

=> 5x + 10 = 180

=> 5x = 170

=> x = 34
