3x^2 -12x +5=0
By completing the square you could bring the equation in the vertex form ;
Divide by 3
X^2 -4x +5/3 =0
Take the coefficient of “x” and divide by 2 , then square it . Move the constant to the RHS , and add the squared value on both the sides
X^2 -4x +4 = -5/3 + 4
(X-2)^2 = 7/3
(X-2)^2 - 7/3 = 0
