Draw a line TU parallel to OP through Q.

Angle OPQ = 110°

Angle SRQ = 130°

SR is parallel to TU, and RQ is the transversal.

Angle RQU + Angle SRQ = 180° ť[ Co-interior Angles ]

Angle RQU = 180° - 130° = 50°

Similarly, OP is parallel to TU and PQ is the transversal.

Angle OPQ + Angle PQT = 180°

Angle PQT = 180° - 110° = 70°

Angle PQT + Angle PQR + Angle RQU = 180° [ Linear Pair ]

70° + Angle PQR + 50° = 180 °

Angle PQR = 180° - 120° = 60°

So,  \fbox{Angle \:PQR \:= \:60°}
