= 7x³ + 8y³ - {(4x)³ + (3y)³},

using the identity

a³ + b³ = (a + b) (a² - ab + b²)

= 7x³ + 8y³ - (64x³ + 27y³)

= 7x³ + 8y³ - 64x³ - 27y³

= (7 - 64)x³ + (8 - 27)y³

= - 57x³ - 19y³
