(\frac{3}{4})^{x} × (\frac{4}{3})^{-7} = (\frac{3}{4})^{2x}

(\frac{3}{4})^{x} × (\frac{3}{4})^{7} = (\frac{3}{4})^{2x}

(\frac{3}{4})^{x + 7} = (\frac{3}{4})^{2x}

When bases are same, we equate the powers

x + 7 = 2x

x - 2x = 7

-x = 7

x = -7
