No it does not mean that man does not produce Y bearing sperm it is just a matter of chance that which sperm fertilise with the egg. It is just a matter of chance that X chromosome sperm fertilises or Y chromosome sperm fertilises.

No it does not mean that male husband do not produce Y bearing sperm... it is always a chance... no one can predict whether X chromosome will fuse with Y or X... so it is possible that every time female's X chromosome fused with X chromosome of male.
