\leadsto Solution:-

For the figure please refer the attachment

70° and angle a makes a liner pair.

Therefore,

70° + a = 180

a = 180 - 70

a = 110° ------ eqn (i)

Also,

60° and angle b makes another liner pair

Therefore,

60° + b = 180

b = 180 - 60

b = 120° ------- eqn (ii)

We know that,

Sum of all interior angles of a polygon with n sides = (n - 2) \times 180°

The shape given in the question has 5 sides

Therefore,

Sum of all the interior angles of that shape = (5 - 2) \times 180° = 3 \times 180° = 540°

Therefore,

a + b + x + x + 30° = 540°

From eqn (i) and eqn (ii)

110 + 120 + 2x + 30 = 540°

230 + 2x + 30 = 540

260 + 2x = 540

2x = 280

x = 140°

Therefore,

\boxed{Answer\:is\:140°}

\leadsto Extra Information

If two parallel lines are interested by a transversal, then the following statements are true

i) The corresponding angles are equal

ii) The alternate interior angles are equal

iii) The vertically opposite angles are equal

iv) The sum of the co - interior angles is 180°

v) If two lines parallel to a same line then the both lines are parallel to each other.
