Ok bro I will solve this problem with applying concept of sets firstly let us assume that the set denoting students love ice cream ( Yummy) is denoted by A and that of fruit juice is denoted by B ( now I do not know how much you know about sets but I hope that you remember basics of ssts like denoting number of sets or summation of sets)

now caaording to question :

n(A) = 40

n(B) = 25

n(A intersection B) = 13

=>

n(A U B ) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A intersection B)

=>I resides calculation part for you please co-operate.

=> n( A U B) =52.

now our required sample set is those students who doesn't like both of above means our required set is complementary set of ( A U B )

=> number of students in required set is,

n(AUB) = n(U) - n( A U B)

where U is universal set here universal set is set off all students in that class since n(U) = 60

=> n(AUB)= 8

=> required probability is since wehave sample required number of outcomes i.e. n(AUB) i.e. 8 and total number of outcomes i.e. n(U) i.e. 60 since probability would be,

P(AUB) = 8/60

P(AUB) = 2/15.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU
