Given: PQRS is the trapezium in which PQ parallel to SR and angle P= angle Q also angle S= angle R

To prove :- PS = QR

construction :- Draw Pm perpendicular SR and QN perpendicular SR also PM = QN

Proof

in traingle PMS and QNR

QN = PM ( by construction)

angleM= angle N= 90° (by construction)

angle s= angle R (given)

by AAS traingle PMS congruence traingle QNR

so ,PS= QR (by CPCT)
