so we need to find first

p^2 = (x+3)^2 = x^2 + 9 + 6x

and

q ^2 = (x-3) ^2 = x^2 + 9 -6x

so P^2 -q^2 will be 12x

and now solve

p^2+ q^2 = 2( x^2 +9 )

so 12x / 2(x^2+ 9 )

answer will be

6x / x^2 + 9
