In these types of circuits, we will assign potential drops across each capacitor.

  • Refer to 1st diagram !

Now, we will simplify the circuit as shown in 2nd diagram.

So, we can identify a balanced wheatstone bridge in the upper part , so capacitor CD is removed.

Now, arrangement of capacitor:

  • AC and CB in series
  • AD and DB in series
  • AB in lower segment

  • And all the above in parallel !

 \rm C_{net} =  \dfrac{1}{2}  +  \dfrac{1}{2}  + 1

 \rm \implies C_{net} =  1+ 1

 \rm \implies C_{net} = 2 \:  \mu F

So, net capacitance is 2 uF.
