HERE IS UR ANSWER BUDDY:)

4Ohms and 2ohms r in series so resultant resistance is 4+2= 6ohms

this six ohms is parallel to third resister 6ohms so

equalent resistance in parallel is 1/6+1/6=2/6

i.e 1/3=0.3ohms

therefore total resistance is 0.3 ohms

it is given that v= 6v so by using v/=r

I=6/0.3=20Amperes

total current is 20A
