Heya

Equation of a line passion through points ( x1, y1 ) and having slope m is given by

y-y1 = m( x - x1)

Here x1 = -2 , y1 = 3 And

m = ( b - 3 )/ ( 4 + 2 )

m = (b - 3)/6

So, Equation of line is

6( y - 3 )=( b - 3) ( x + 2 )

6y - 18 = bx + 2b - 3x - 6

6y - x ( b - 3 ) - 12 = 0

ACCORDING TO THE GIVEN QUESTION

( b - 3 ) / 6 × 1/2 = -1

( b - 3 ) = -12

b = -9

IF TWO LINES SAY ax + by + c = 0 and dx + ey + g = 0 Are PERPENDICULAR then

-a/b × -d/e = -1
