i) In triangle ABD and triangle ADC the equal parts are

a) BD=DC (AD is the perpendicular bisector of BC)

b) Angle ADB= Angel ADC (90° each)

c) AD=AD (common)

ii) YES, triangle ABD and triangle ADC are congruent to each other!!

Reason:-

BD=DC

angle ADB= angle ADC

AD=AD

therefore triangle ABD congruent to triangle ADC (by SAS cong. rule)

also, AB=AC (CPCT)

angle ABD= angle ACD (CPCT)

iii) YES, triangle ABC is a isosceles triangle. (AB=AC, in an isosceles triangle the sides opposite to equal angles are equal)
