Multiply first equation by 2 as follows

4x+6y=3xy----×2....u will get

8x+12y=6xy

Now subtract 2nd given eqn from it

8x+12y-8x-9y=6xy-5xy

3y=xy

x=3

Put x=3 in first eqn

4x+6y=3xy

4*3+6y=3*3y

9y-6y=12

3y=12

y=4

Hence x=3 and y=4
