2)Plains in many areas are important for agriculture and are useful because of their flat topography.

3)Autwash plain, lava plain and scroll plain.

4)These plains are mainly formed by the upliftment of a part of the sea floor or continental shelf. The structural plains may also be formed by the subsidence of areas.
