There is an Add-on called "Power tools" that has an "Auto-sum" feature like Excel but is limited to only one use per day. Besides that you have to "subscribe" to it and pay a 1-year-subscription of $29.95.
It's up to you if you think it is worth paying for.

We use the term COLUMN to refer to a vertical range of cells. For example you have a COLUMN of cells under MONDAY.
For help with formulas, things go more quickly when we have a Google Sheet we can work on together.
