The endocrine glands in the above shown pictures are:

In the first picture is the Pituitary gland.

In the second picture is the adrenal gland.

Explanation:

Endocrine glands are the internal glands secreting hormones directly into the circulatory system to regulate the target organs. Hypothalamus is the center of control of all endocrine glands. Pituitary plays a vital role in cell controlling.

In the first picture is the Pituitary gland.

The pituitary is a pea sized gland present on the inner part of the brain. It secretes tropic hormones such as Growth hormone, Luteinizing hormone, Follicle stimulating hormone, Adrenocorticotropic hormone and Thyroid stimulating hormone,

In the second picture is the adrenal gland

The adrenal glands are the triangular mass present on the anterior part of the kidneys. These glands are demarcated as adrenal cortex, the outer layer and adrenal medulla, the inner layer. They produce a few hormones including adrenalin, aldosterone, cortisol and steroids.

The adrenal cortex produces steroids such as mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoids,  androgens steroid hormones.

The hormone adrenalin is also known as epinephrine, it is the hormone responsible for fight or flight responses, which increases heart rate, sweating, increases blood flow etc.
