let me explain the procedure to construct a ∆ given two angles and perimeter of the ∆

STEP 1. draw a straight base line of length 12cm

STEP 2. now name the two ends of the line drawn as X and Y and draw a line segment at X making an angle 60° and another line segment at Y making an angle 75°

STEP 3. now draw angle bisectors at X and at Y to meet at one point. this point is one of the vertices of the ∆ you are constructing and name it as A.

STEP 4. now draw perpendicular bisectors of XA and YA to meet the 12 cm base line at B and C.

STEP 5. now join points A , B and C to complete the triangle.
