actually i Ejaculated when i was sleeping and found that sticky substance when i wake up..my age is 14 if you know then please tell the reason of it and how can i get out of that problem..

well that means you have exited juvenille phase and entered reproductive phase of your life ,by the way ejaculation while sleeping is called night fall which is normal in all males , also if you find it a problem I will suggest meditation ,no medication can solve that only meditation
