Please help there is a problem regarding brainly that is I have answered many questions that are marked as brainliest but it do not shows and are not counted in the lists of my brainliest ans.due to which I could attain next rank in brainly even if I have earned more than thousands marks .Please tell what to do ?

Even I had the same problem. I just waited for a day and the next day when I opened brainly,I was ranked up!

you must get the no. of points required and....with the brainliest ans for your next rank..
how many points you have and how many brainliest ans?
Virtuoso and I have earned more than 1250 marks and my 12 answers are marked as brainliest
go to your profile side and at the bottom you will se some kind of logos the logo with one star and gold coloured is for expert
there is a condition written ... to ... get the new rank
how to get in the profile
at the top of the home screen you will se an option as me written
hey in the description of that logo written that the brainliest ans. must be answered within 30 days . Is it necessary?

if you don't get your new rank file tomorrow then go to the setting option on the me menu and just click on the option contact us and you will receive two options and whichever satisfies you can click it and tell your problem

may be the moderater delete your answer . u can answer many question by these u got points hope so
but the ans. are still appearing as brainliest in list of my all the answers.
these happen with me too thats why i say after declining brailist it should be deleted hope so yr
I had the same problem,just wait for a day and most probably you'll be ranked up by tomorrow.
how you overcome this problem
I didn't do anything,when I checked brainly the next day,I was ranked up.
