Radius of the quarter circle is 11 cm.

Measure of the curved side

= 2πr × 90/360

= 2 × 3.14 × 11 × 1/4

= 17.27 cm

The bottom side measures 2 cm, as it is a rectangle.

The right edge of the rectangle is decreased by the radius of the quarter circle. So that edge measures 20 - 11 = 9 cm.

∴ Perimeter = 20 + 2 + 17.27 + 11 + 9 + 2 = 61.27 cm

Thank you. :-))

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=2(20+2)

=2(22)

=44cm

Perimeter of quadrant = 1/4 ×2×3.14×11

=17.27cm

Now,

Total Perimeter = 44+17.27 = 61.27cm

IDCoki: Is tHiS CoRrEcT?
shadowsabers03: Mr. Samit, you have to deduct 11 cm because the right edge of the rectangle is deceased by 11 cm there.
shadowsabers03: Thus we get 61.27 cm as the answer.
