I think, your diagram is not correct.

Point C should be on the circumference of the circle.

Answer:

∠BDC = 18°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that OD is perpendicular of AB( diameter ),

So ∠AOD = ∠BOD = 90°

As OA and OD are the radius of the circle,

OA = OD

∴ ∠OAD = ∠ODA

= > ∠AOD + ∠OAD + ∠ODA = 180°

= > 90° + ∠OAD + ∠OAD = 180°

= > 2∠OAD = 180° - 90°

= > ∠OAD = 90° / 2

= > ∠OAD = 45°

= > ∠BAC + ∠DAC = 45°

= > ∠BAC + 27° = 45°

= > ∠BAC = 45° - 27°

= > ∠BAC = 18°

∠BAC = ∠BDC = 18° ( same segment, by theorem )

Therefore ∠BDC = 18°
