⭐Solution⭐

Given here

x³-2x²y²+5x+y-5 = 0

differentiate w.r.t. x both side s

3x²-4xy²-4x²y dy/dx+dy/dx -0=0

=>dy/dx(1-4x²y) = 4xy²-3

=>dy/dx = (4xy²-3x²)/(1-4x²y)

at (1,1)

dy/dx(1,1,) = (4×1×1² - 3×1²)/(1-4×1²×1)

= (4-3)/(1-4)

= 1/(-3)

= -1/3

✴step by step solution✴

x³-2x²y²+5x+y=5

y=5-x³+2x²y²-5x

diff. w.r.t.x

dy/dx=0-3x²+2[ 2xy²+2yx².dy/dx]-5

dy/dx = -3x²+4xy²+4yx².dy/dx -5

dy/dx - 4yx²dy/dx =-3x²+4xy²-5

dy/dx[1-4yx²]= -3x²+4xy²-5

at x=1 and y=1

dy/dx[1-4] = -3+4-5

dy/dx(-3) = -4

dy/dx = 4/3 ans.
