Let the point of centre of mass of square be (x1,y1) and the point of centre of mass of disc be (x2,y2) respectively and let the whole mass of the system be M then the centre of mass of this system can be calculated by
$x = \frac{ \sigma(i = 1)(mi.xi) }{m}$
$y = \frac{ \sigma(i = 1)(mi.yi)}{m}$
