Please help to overcome my fear of maths.I mean to say that while practicing problems i do it easily.But,when it comes to appear any of the online exams,I started to become nervous seeing the problems,not being able to solve it.

2.Drink water before starting the exam.
3.If you are becoming anxious the search for your pulse on lower wrist of your hand and apply pressure there.
4.Don't revise the subject at the last moment before starting the exam.
5.Meditate at least for 5 minutes before appearing for the exam.

Be calm...take it as a normal test only....have something sweet to calm yourself...drink plenty of water....relax...take long breathes...keep it in your mind that you know everything...chill....you will do good
