find slope of line:

-19-5/-10-5=24/15=8/5

point slope form :

(y-y1) =m(x-x1)

(y-5)= 8/5(x-5)

5y-25=8x-40

change in slope intercept form i.e, y=mx+c

5y=8x-15 ans.
