Please help! You dissolve 270 g of sugar in 100ml of water at 90°C. How much more sugar would you add to saturate the solution?

= {20 / ( 20+80 )} X 100

= (20 / 100) x 100

= 20 %

Thus, the concentration of this sugar solution is 20 % ( by Mass )
