Here, we can use the property of a circle that "the angle subtended by an Arc is double the angle subtended by it at any point on the remaining part of the circle."

So,
angle AOB=2(angle ACB)
angle AOB=2X40 =80°

exterior angle AOB =360°- 80° =280°
