Number of yx , which can also be written as 10y + x

when the digits are reversed , new number is xy , which can be written as 10x + y

Original no.= new no. + 36

10y+ x =10x + y + 36 , which os the required equation

10y - y - x + 10 = 36

9y - 9x =36

9(y- x ) = 36

y- x= 36/9

y- x = 4

On simplifying , it becomes y- x = 4 or y-x-4 =0
