You have to find the area of building, then you have to find the area of circle and rectangle. Then Subtract the area of circle and rectangle from the area of building. You got your answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Are of 4 walls = 2(Length +breadth) height

=2(25 + 16)15

=2(36) 15

=72× 15

= 1,080

Are of circle = πr2

But r is not given, d=7 cm

Radius = d/2

=7/2= 3.5

Are of circle = 22/7×3.5×3.5

= 22/7×35/10×35/10

= 11×7/2 ( After cutting)

= 38.5 cm

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

= 10 × 3

= 30 cm ( Square )

Area of shaded region = Are of 4 walls - ( Are of circle + Area of rectangle)

Are of shaded region = 1,080 -( 38.5 + 30 )

1,080 - 68.5

1,011.5

Your answer = 1,011.5 cm
