By presumption the answer is equal to 70kmph . While travelling at speed of 50 kmph , he missed the bus by 40 min late . While travelling at speed of 60 kmph , he missed the bus by 20 min late . By carefull checking , his speed increased by 10 kmph and the time reduced by 20 min . Thus by again increasing his speed by 10 kmph the remaining 20 min late time can be covered and he can catch the bus
