Given Angle A = 70 degrees. ----- (1)
We know that Sum of measure of angles in a triangle = 180.
Angle A + Angle B + Angle C = 180 ------- (2)
Substitute (1) in (2), we get
70 + Angle B + Angle C = 180
Angle B + Angle C = 180 - 70
Angle B + Angle C = 110
If angles B and C measure 180. Then their bisector would measure half of them.
Angle B + Angle C/(2) = 110/2
Angle B/2 + Angle C/2 = 55
Therefore Angle OBC + OCB = 55
Thus Angle BOC = 180 - (Angle OBC and angle OCB)
= 180 - 55
= 125.
Therefore Angle BOC = 125 degrees.
Hope this helps!
