First cube both sides. Then use the identity (x+1/x)^3=x^3+1/x3 +3×x2×1/x+3x×1/x2= x3+1/x3+3x+3/x
This is equal to 3^3=27
X3+1/x3=27+3x+3/x=27+3(x+1/x)
Solve rhs you will get the answer
