BASICALLY , BRITISHERS WANTED TO SUPRESSS INDIAN THROUGH THIS ACT WHICH IS TO PRISON ANY ONE CREATING POLITICAL DANGA " HU HA HU HA" LOL. AND AGAINST THIS ACT , GANDHIJI TOLD PEOPLE TO NOT FOLLOW IT THATS IT MY JANU!!!!!

Rowlatt Act was an act passed by British Imperial Lesgislative Council.This act was introduced to supress the feeling of nationalism arisen by political activists.According to this act,any person could be arrested and been punished hardly and brutally for two years without any court interference.
