I partially agree with this comment. My reasoning is that when a child is poor or left to fend for themselves they will require a source of income. They may choose to do numerous things, such as begging on the streets or selling homemade products. But the most common thing that happens is this:

A child -maybe of the age below five- if left alone to fend for themselves ends up looking for the nearest grown-up, because that is the tendency of children. The person may be a labourer and may take the child to do work for them. the constitution states that no child shall be forced to do manual labour, but not only does it violate this right of theirs, but sometimes their right to education since they do not get to go to school because of their work.

I AGREE THE GIVEN STATEMENT AS NOW A DAYS WE COULD SEE CHILD Labour  IN THE STREETS.THEY WERE PUSHED IN TO SUCH SITUATION DUE TO ECONOMICAL STATUS OF THEIR FAMILY OR SOME OTHER REASONS.WHEN THE FAMILY IS NOT ADEQUATE WITH THE ENOUGH SOURCE ,SOMETIMES THE CHILDREN OF THE FAMILY IS PUSHED TO WORK AS LABOUR WHO ARE EVEN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE TO SIX YEARS.TO AVOID THESE EMOTIONAL AN HARDSHIP SITUATION OF A CHILD THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION HAVE MADE A " CHILD'S RIGHTS GUARANTEE".
