Please make me understand that how F=m*v 2 / r

This is the value of Centripetal Force, only when a body moves in circular motion. F=mv^2/r .. because Force =ma.. and centripetal acceleration in case of circular motion is = v^2/r. So is it!
This is the acceleration necessary for a body to move around a fixed point.
