Please make me understand the concentration of H positive ions and OH negative ions in concentrated and diluted solutions

The Concentration of H+ ions is more in acids and the concentration of OH- ions is more in bases. The more concentrated an acid is the more is the concentration of H+ ions and the more concentrated a base is the more is the concentration of OH-ions in it.
