As the two children were walking on the footpath, a car came at a great speed splashed in a puddle near the children making the children dirty and wet, and the driver left with the car laughing. As they went a little further, they saw the driver out of his car in the rain fixing one of his tire which had gone flat. the children now started laughing at him and thought that it served him right for splashing dirty water at them.
