▶⏩ Let the given angle = angle A= 80°.

=> We know that:-)

↪➡ The sum of adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180°.

↪➡ angle A + angle B = 180°.

↪➡ 80° + angle B = 180°.

↪➡ angle B = 180° - 80°.

↪➡ angle B = 100°.

=> We know that:-)

↪➡ Opposite angles of parallelogram are equal.

↪➡ angle A = angle C.

↪➡ angle C = 80°.

▶⏩ Now,

↪➡ angle B = angle D.

↪➡ angle D = 100°.

✔✔ Hence, all angles are :-)

=> angle A = 80°.✅✅

=> angle B = 100°.✅✅

=> angle C = 80°.✅✅

=> angle D = 100°.✅✅

How to do:-

here, it is given that the angle 2 in the transversal measures 80° and that we have to find the other angles in the transversal so, let's apply suitable properties of lines and angles so that we will find the rest angles

Given :-

  • The Angle 2 in the transversal measures 80 degrees

 \\

To Find :-

  • The rest of the angles in the transversal

 \\

Solution :-

As we know that,

{ \large{\gray{ \boxed{ \gray{ \tt{ \bigstar \: vertically \: opposite \: angle \: are \: equal}}}}}}

Here,

  • Angle 2 and angle 4 are vertically opposite angles

 \leadsto \tt  \angle \: 2 = { \boxed{\tt \angle4}} \\   \\ \\  \leadsto \tt  80 \degree = \pink{ \boxed{\tt \angle4}}

Hence,

  • Angle 3 measures 80°

 \\

We know that,

{ \large{\gray{ \boxed{ \gray{ \tt{ \bigstar \: linear \: pair \:measures \: 18 0 \degree }}}}}}

Here,

  • Angle 1 and angle 2 form a linear

\leadsto \tt  \angle \: 1 + (2) = 18 0 \\  \\  \\ \leadsto \tt  \angle \: 1 + 80 \degree = 180 \\  \\  \\ \leadsto \tt  \angle \: 1 = 180 - 80 \:  \\  \\  \\ \leadsto \tt  \angle \: 1= \blue{ \boxed{ \tt{100 \degree}}} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

Hence,

  • Angle 1 measures 100°

So, as angle 1 and angle 3 are vertically opposite angles

  • Angle 3 measures 100°

Therefore,

  • The angles are 100°, 100° and 80°
