Answer:

(√3+√5)²

= √3²+√5²+2×√3×√5

= 3+5+2√15

= 8+2√15

It's an irrational NOT RATIONAL because

√15 is irrational

We know that irrational × rational = irrational

∴2×√15 is irrational

And we also know that irrational + rational = irrational

∴  8 + 2√15 is irrational NOT RATIONAL
